Het Kookplein is a cooking school and lunch restaurant on the Muzenplein in Den Haag — open since 2008, run by Lars Vermey and Regine Rosink. Classes in Dutch, English, French and German, plus corporate events, weddings, borrels, and lunch. Built under the New Holland Hospitality collaboration — Quinn and Marc drive social and ads, I handle the website. The whole thing is aimed at conversion: book a class, book a table, book the room. Next.js on Vercel. Dutch / English i18n, Resend-powered contact and booking forms, GA4 with consent gating, and a custom referral layer — a popup plus booking form that writes to a Google Sheet via Apps Script, so Het Kookplein can see which channel each enquiry came from. Plus the usual hardening: reCAPTCHA v3, CSP, cookie consent, privacy policy, JSON-LD / OG / sitemap / robots / llms.txt.
